Sole Director : Mandy Miller – Bcom (Vista) LLB (Unisa) (Conveyancer)
Mandy Miller holds a Bcom degree which she obtained at Vista University in April 2003 and a LLB degree which she obtained at UNISA in June 2012. Since 2004, Mandy has been working for various legal firms in Port Elizabeth as a para-legal and in 2007 was registered as a LLB Student at UNISA. While being a full time employee and student, she commenced her three year Articles of Clerkship in 2009 with the Firm, Masiza Harker Incorporated. She was exposed to criminal law, family law, administration of estates, drafting of wills, debt collecting, insolvency, insurance law, municipal law, civil litigation (Magistrate’s and High Court Procedure), Notary, Conveyancing and Labour Law.
She was admitted as an Attorney on the 13th September 2012 in the Grahamstown High Court. After her admission as Attorney of Law, she has been appointed as Director in the Firm, Masiza Harker Incorporated but continued her journey towards the prospects of establishing her own legal firm named Mandy Miller Attorneys Incorporated. Mandy Miller further obtained her right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and thereafter was admitted as a Conveyancer on the 13th March 2014 in the Grahamstown High Court.
